What does red symbolise? Love? Anger? Happiness? Blood? Devil?
Why red velvet? I have no idea.
I mean, if you can have red.. you can have any other colour you want really! :D
This time, red. Next time.. who knows. Perhaps I'll try a rainbow cake. Haha..

8 red velvets to go. For MT.
Very moist. And very red. ;) Hope you enjoyed them, after you destroyed them in transition. :(
OMG you do not know just how much I love this recipe!! I've just spent the past half an hour looking for a red velvet cupcake recipe that contains no cake flour, buttermilk or baking soda (long story!) and this just ticks all the boxes. I definately can't wait to try it out - I hope it tastes good! Thank you very much :)
